What Coaching Is

Coaching is a partnership. It’s a collaborative process where coach and client work together to unlock new perspectives, possibilities, and potential. Unlike mentoring, which offers advice, or therapy, which treats psychological concerns, coaching is forward-focused. It creates a space for reflection and growth, helping clients uncover their own answers and design their own way forward.
